Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see includes tolls, parking and fuel. The only extra charges would be add-ons you select, such as a child seat, or waiting time beyond the free allowance.
What if my flight is delayed?
Enter your flight number when booking. We monitor arrivals and adjust the pickup time at no extra cost.
How many bags can I bring?
Each vehicle shows its passenger and luggage capacity above. If you have oversized items such as golf clubs or surfboards, tell us in the booking notes and we will make sure the right vehicle is assigned.
Can I pay in cash?
Bookings are paid online in advance so your driver and price are confirmed before you travel. This also means no cash handling on arrival.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancellation terms follow the policy version you accept at checkout, and the refund amount is always shown before you confirm.
